Support falls into three broad categories – there are other types of calls but when it comes to strictly support, these are the categories:
– “I want to do this, but I can’t (because I don’t know how/am doing something incorrect)”
– “I want to do this, but I can’t (because there is a bug)”
– “I want to do this, but I can’t (because the product doesn’t work in that specific way)”
